The Cannes Simone Veil Hospital Center (CHC-SV) was hit by a cyberattack on April 16, compromising its digital systems. In response, the hospital cut off all computer access but kept telephony services operational. With the help of ANSSI, Cert Santé, Orange CyberDéfense, and GHT06, investigations are ongoing to analyze and respond to the attack. No ransom or data theft has been identified. Despite disruption, the hospital continues to provide care, relying on paper-based procedures to maintain service and cooperating with other health institutions.
