PeaceHealth names chief transformation officer

Vancouver, Wash.-based PeaceHealth named Mark Korth chief transformation and integration officer.

Mr. Korth will oversee systemwide integration of business functions, systems and processes in support of clinical care delivery and enterprise standardization, according to a Sept. 23 health system news release.

His appointment is part of a senior leadership realignment to accelerate PeaceHealth’s three-year transformation strategy. The system also recently named Mike Dwyer as president of strategy and business value and Imelda Dacones, MD, as president of care delivery and value.

Mr. Korth brings more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience. Most recently, he was a partner in Guidehouse’s healthcare segment, advising systems on operating model design and enterprise-wide transformation. Previously, he served as region president at Salt Lake City-based Intermountain Health, where he helped lead the integration with SCL Health and sponsored a systemwide transformation initiative.

PeaceHealth operates more than 160 clinics and nine medical centers.
