Patient Info Exposed Via Vendor Phishing

Nearly 2,792 patients at New Hampshire’s Catholic Medical Center (CMC) may have had their personal and health information exposed following a data breach at account receivable management services provider Lamont Hanley & Associates. As a result, eligible individuals will be offered complimentary credit monitoring services and LH is establishing a toll-free response line for enquiries. The breach comes as the hospital faces financial difficulties and is considering a merger with HCA Healthcare.
