Palo Alto Networks, a global cybersecurity firm, has acquired an Israeli startup called Talon Cyber Security in a deal estimated to be worth around $625 million. Talon develops secure corporate browser technology which will be used to improve Palo Alto’s Prisma SASE product. As part of the deal, the company’s 130 employees will receive a substantial payout and the co-founders will continue leading their teams after the transaction.
