The company is accused of negligence, breaches of fiduciary duty and unjust enrichment. The plaintiffs want the company to purge all affected personal data, encrypt future data and undergo annual cybersecurity checks.

North Korean hackers reportedly set up shell companies in the US to penetrate the crypto sector and target developers via fake job offers, according to
