Wiz Research cybersecurity experts discovered a flaw in the Ollama AI infrastructure platform, a popular open-source system used for AI model deployments, that exposes the system to remote code execution by threat actors. More than 1000 instances of Ollama were exposed, leaving various AI models unprotected. The vulnerability has been fixed and users are advised to update to Ollama version 0.1.34 to mitigate the risk.
