SEIU 121RN members have ratified a new labour contract with Los Robles Regional Medical Center, covering 800 nurses. The three-year agreement includes the formation of a safety committee, paid violence training, staff flexibility regulation, 17.6% wage rise over the contract term and bonuses for nurses. The move follows a seven-month negotiation and two ratification votes amidst staffing safety concerns.
