Numerous malware spread in ongoing Apache ActiveMQ flaw exploitation

Hackers are exploiting a critical Apache ActiveMQ vulnerability to distribute the GoTitan botnet and other malware strains such as PrCtrl Rat, Sliver, Kinsing, and Ddostff. The GoTitan botnet uses ten different distributed denial-of-service attack techniques to self-replicate and transmit compromised system data. Organizations with a vulnerable ActiveMQ are urged to immediately fix the flaw.
