The Norwegian government has been hit by a cyber attack, affecting 12 ministries. Despite the attack, the government’s operations continue as usual. The cyber attack was executed through exploiting a zero-day vulnerability in Ivanti’s Endpoint Manager Mobile (EPMM) solution. The Norwegian National Security Authority has confirmed the attack and clarified that critical institutions such as the Prime Minister’s Office and the Ministry of Defense were not affected.
