Around 2.5 million patients and employees of Louisville-based Norton Healthcare may have been affected by a data breach in spring 2023. Recipients of the data breach notification have been offered two years of free identity monitoring services. Norton Healthcare is facing multiple lawsuits over the incident. The breach implicated confidential information, potentially including social security numbers, contact information, and health and financial data.
