North Korea establish Military Cyber Center to conduct espionage

North Korea, under Kim Jong Un’s leadership, has established a state-of-the-art Military Research Facility, known as Research Center 227, aimed at enhancing its digital warfare abilities. The facility, operated by its main intelligence agency, will launch cyber-attacks, gather intelligence, and steal financial assets including cryptocurrencies. It uses Artificial Intelligence and employs approximately 5,000 staff. Western countries have expressed concerns but lack the authority to shut down the facility.
