No evidence yet of personal data breach — Premier – The Royal Gazette

An investigation into a recent cyberattack on government computer systems in Bermuda has found no evidence of unauthorized access to personal information. Premier David Burt reassured citizens that their data appeared safe, but noted investigations are ongoing. He vowed to notify affected individuals if a breach is confirmed. However, regulations mandating victims of cyberattacks to contact the Privacy Commission won’t take effect until January 2025.
