Defence and IT company Leidos has been chosen as cybersecurity provider for the NHS Supply Chain in England and Wales. The three-year contract will see Leidos help the NHS improve its defence against threats to its procurement of healthcare supplies. The partnership is part of NHS Supply Chain’s move to future-proof its systems. The move follows a spate of cyber attacks in 2024, including a high-profile ransomware attack on pathology systems provider Synnovis.
