News alert: INE Security spotlights healthcare companies facing rising exposure to costly breaches

Global cybersecurity training provider INE Security has launched an initiative to spotlight increasing cyber threats to healthcare institutions. The move, part of National Physicians Week 2025, follows a surge in cyberattacks on hospitals and clinics. The healthcare sector saw 725 hacking-related breaches in 2023, exposing over 124 million patient records, with an average data breach costing about $10.93 million.
