New threat-sharing network for healthcare systems

The Australian federal government is investing $6.4 million to launch an Information Sharing and Analysis Centre (ISAC) to help protect the healthcare system from cyber threats. The ISAC will facilitate intelligence sharing about cyber threats within the healthcare sector, improve preventative measures and responses, and maintain links with existing threat intelligence platforms. The funding will be delivered through the Health ISAC Acceleration Grants Program over three years.
