Cleafy researchers have discovered a new Android banking malware called ‘DroidBot’, which is aiming to steal credentials from more than 77 cryptocurrency exchanges and banking apps. The malware operates as a malware-as-a-service platform, selling the tool for $3,000 per month, and affiliates use malware builders to target specific users. Despite having no new or sophisticated features, a botnet analysis found 776 unique infections, indicating significant activity.
