Neuberger: Additional cybersecurity rules in HIPAA mulled

The US Department of Justice has banned the sale of American citizens’ biometric, geolocation, health, genomic, and financial data to adversarial nations, including China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Venezuela, and Cuba. This rule was first proposed within a February executive order.
