The National Healthcare Group (NHG) in Singapore has offered community care partners access to its Cares Partners Portal, developed with Accredify, for easier health programme management and potential creation of digital records. The portal enables monitoring of demand via registration and attendance, insight into anonymised data and issue e-certificates. The platform has brought on 20 community partners and automated more than 400 health programmes since its April launch.
