A report from ZScaler reveals an increase in mobile threats on Android systems and IoT and OT devices, with financially-driven threats increasing by 111% over the past year. Mobile malware particularly targets banking apps, with malware families including Vultur, Hydra, and Ermac among the most active. In addition, spyware threats have risen, with SpyLoan, SpinOk, and SpyNote the most prevalent. The majority of targeted countries include India, the US, and Canada.
