Mississippi judge denies injunction for 340B enforcements

A federal judge in Mississippi has ruled against Novartis Pharmaceuticals and the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America, rejecting their bid for an injunction against state protections shielding 340B drug pricing for contract pharmacies. The plaintiff’s claim argued that the state’s enforcement of 340B price protections conflicted with federal ambitions for the programme but this was dismissed.
