Marko Polo hackers found to be running dozens of scams

Cybersecurity firm Insikt Group has identified a prolific group of hackers, operating under the name “Marko Polo”, behind at least 30 cyberattacks. The attacks have targeted cryptocurrency influencers and online gaming personalities, using spear phishing tactics involving fake job opportunities or partnerships. The group has deployed over 50 types of malware, netting millions of dollars in profits.
