An investigation is ongoing after a cyber attack targeted the Wi-Fi systems of 20 stations managed by Network Rail, including Manchester Piccadilly and others across the UK. The Wi-Fi services were hacked to display a webpage featuring anti-Islamic messages and information on terror attacks. Wi-Fi at the affected stations remains suspended as the British Transport Police works alongside Network Rail to probe the incident.
