Jonathan Ricketts, 42, was issued a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) of four years by Dudley Magistrates Court after failing to attend a hearing regarding a breach of Public Spaces Protection Order. The court also imposed a fine of £1,027.92 ($1340). Ricketts is prohibited from entering or remaining in Walsall town centre under the CBO.
