Cybersecurity firm Kaspersky reports that malware harvesting information from screenshots has emerged on Apple’s App Store for the first time. The “SparkCat” malware uses Optical Character Recognition technology to scan and identify text within images on an iPhone, targeting recovery phrases for cryptocurrency wallets.
