Malware Campaign Targets Crypto Wallets With Fake PDF Conversion Software

A new malware attack uses fake PDF to DOCX converters to trick victims into running a PowerShell command. This installs the Arechclient2 malware, a variant of SectopRAT, known for stealing information. The malware can access crypto wallets, browser credentials and other information. To ensure safety, users are advised to use trusted, reputable file conversion tools from official websites and to keep antivirus/antimalware software updated.
