The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (DPH) has revealed a data breach affecting over 200,000 individuals. An attacker gained login credentials after a phishing operation targeted 53 DPH workers. The breach occurred between February 19-20, 2024, and exposed personal, health and financial data.
