After Change Healthcare suffered a major cyberattack in February, Medicare recipient Deborah Huff had to cover her own medication costs and chase a refund. During this process, she found instructions confusing and support lacking. Representatives Griffith and Warner have discussed penalising companies for poor cybersecurity and advancing minimum cybersecurity standards. Huff claimed she never heard from Change Healthcare and ABC 13 also found the company impossible to reach.
