Jackson Health saves $1M with parts procurement technology

Charles Berberette, system director of clinical engineering at Jackson Health System, identified three issues: parts procurement, a work order ticketing system, and enhanced cybersecurity. To address these challenges, the healthcare system implemented several solutions. It streamlined parts procurement using the PartsSource platform, developed an automated work order ticketing system, and enhanced cybersecurity with the help of vendor Cynerio. These improvements resulted in significant cost savings, greater efficiency, and improved patient care.
