Former senior police officer Carmine Gallo and Fondazione Fiera Milano president Enrico Pazzali are central figures. The duo allegedly breached servers of various ministries and police networks, stealing information targeting major companies and public figures before selling it through a private company, Equalize, for millions of euros.
