Israeli Health Ministry orders hospitals offline amid cyber threat

The Israeli Ministry of Health temporarily disconnected some hospitals from the internet due to fears of possible cyberattacks. This move, according to the ministry, strengthens hospitals’ resilience against attacks and does not affect their ability to function. Israeli hospitals have been targets of cyberattacks since 2021, with severe consequences such as ransomware attacks, DDoS attacks, and data breaches.
