Infostealer malware leaked over 2 million bank cards in 2024: Kaspersky report | Technology News

Financial security is at risk due to cyber threats, says a Kaspersky report, which found 2.3 million bank cards leaked on the dark web between 2023 and 2024. Every 14th infostealer infection resulted in stolen credit card data, compromising roughly 26 million devices, 9 million of which were in 2024 alone. Infostealer malware targets sensitive data and transfers it to cybercriminals for financial gain.
