India’s healthcare sector is the most targeted by cyberattacks, with an average of 8,614 weekly attacks per organisation, according to Check Point Software Technologies. It was followed by education/research and government/military sectors. The report also highlights the use of generative AI in cyberattacks and a surge in infostealer attacks, as well as the rise in attacks on personal devices in BYOD environments.
