Two staff members involved in the SingHealth cyberattack in July 2018 will be terminated, a Cluster Information Security Officer will be demoted, and financial penalties will be imposed on senior and middle management at the Ministry of Health’s IT vendor, Integrated Health Information Systems (IHiS). The actions were determined by an independent Human Resource panel, and Letters of Commendation were given to three IHiS staff members for their handling of the incident.
