The aftermath of the “cyber incident” affected council tax payments and online forms, with lingering questions about whether personal data was accessed. The breach is linked to East Kent Services (EKS), used by the councils to provide IT and HR services. The councils have reported the breach to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
