The data leakage was discovered by US-based cybersecurity and intelligence company, Resecurity. The revelation of this sizable data leak has sparked concern over the security measures protecting citizens’ personal information. A threat actor, “pwn0001”, reportedly offered $80,000 for the complete dataset.
