HealthEquity and Palomar Health Medical Group (PHMG) suffered healthcare data breaches while DaVita disclosed the use of tracking technologies on their sites. HealthEquity discovered anomalous behavior through routine monitoring and announced that an unauthorized party had accessed and transferred personal data.
