A report from the UK National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) revealed that nearly 70 percent of board members at large UK firms have not received any training to deal with cyber incidents. In addition, 10 percent of these firms do not have a cyber-response plan. Comparatively, less than half of IT professionals in the US healthcare system feel confident in their organisation’s level of cybersecurity. The NCSC has created a list of five important questions that boardrooms need to be able to answer to better understand risks and improve their organisation’s cybersecurity.
