How to see if your Social Security number was included in latest data breach

Hacking group USDoD claims to have stolen approximately 2.9 billion personal records, including social security numbers and physical addresses, from U.S., U.K., and Canadian citizens. This massive breach, which potentially impacts every American, occurred at National Public Data last year. Experts warn that this data could facilitate a surge in cyber crimes, including fraud and identity theft. Cybersecurity firm Pentester has created an online tool for individuals to check if their information was part of the breach.
