How AI in healthcare can improve consumer experiences

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has the potential to reshape the healthcare industry by personalising care, improving transparency, and enabling consumers to control their health and healthcare-related decisions. Despite this, only 29% of healthcare organisations have implemented AI. Accelerating AI use within the industry can potentially result in 5-10% net savings. However, this requires increased data readiness, tailoring AI to consumer needs, optimising real-time insights, aligning risk mitigation plans and improving team capabilities.
