The American Hospital Association (AHA) warned hospitals to urgently protect against the Citrix Bleed cybersecurity vulnerability which has been exploited by threat actors. The breach impacts the NetScaler ADC and NetScaler Gateway, bypassing password protections and multi-factor authentication. Citrix released a patch in early October, but it continues to be exploited, despite its deployment. The AHA urged the federal government to boost its efforts against cyber threats.
