The Australian government has announced a $6.4m grant to the Critical Infrastructure – Information Sharing and Analysis Centre, in order to establish a healthcare-specific cyber security network across the country. The move is aimed at preventing cyber threats against the country’s hospitals and GP clinics through collaborative efforts and intelligence sharing.
