HC3 Urges Healthcare Sector to Update SolarWinds Following Vulnerability Disclosure

The Health Sector Cybersecurity Coordination Center (HC3) has encouraged healthcare bodies to upgrade their SolarWinds systems after eight vulnerabilities were discovered, three of which were critical. The advice was issued due to the previous widespread misuse of SolarWinds software. The technology company has released patches to fix the issues and HC3 has urged the health sector to follow SolarWinds’ upgrade guidance to mitigate risk.
