Australian aged care service provider HammondCare has implemented Paessler’s round-the-clock network monitoring software, PRTG, across its 76 care facilities. The software has resulted in a 75% reduction in IT team callouts and enables the quick identification and resolution of potential issues. HammondCare plans to expand its use of the software to monitor essential healthcare equipment and digitise all assets.
