The breach was discovered last week and the site’s security was upgraded. The incident is not expected to affect the start of the second insurance enrollment period in November. House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman, Darrell Issa, is calling for a hearing to discuss the breach. The website has previously faced issues with bad code and lack of leadership.
