Ukraine suffered three cyberattacks in March targeting government agencies and critical infrastructure using a new spy malware called ‘Wrecksteel’. Ukraine’s computer emergency response team (CERT-UA) detected the phishing-based attacks and linked them to a hacking group named UAC-0219. Although it did not attribute the campaign to a specific country, most phishing attacks on Ukrainian government institutions are traced back to Russia.
