A 2023 Security.org study revealed that one in three people use a password manager. However, according to the recent Red Report by cybersecurity firm Picus Security, cyberattacks on password managers have tripled in the last year. With 25% of all malware attacks targeting these services, the firm warns users to couple password managers with multi-factor authentication and never reuse a password.
