GP blood testing services in south east London have been restored after a ransomware attack on Synnovis disrupted pathology services in June 2024. Although most services are operating at full capacity, some IT systems are still being restored. The cyber attack resulted in over 10,000 acute outpatient appointments and 1,700 elective procedures being postponed across two major hospital trusts.
