Google to Block Entrust Certificates in Chrome Starting November 2024

Google has said it will start blocking websites using certificates from Entrust in Chrome from around November 1, 2024 due to Entrust’s failure to promptly address security issues. The ban will apply to Chrome 127 and higher versions on Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, Android, and Linux, but not on iOS and iPadOS due to Apple’s policies.
