The company has not admitted any wrongdoing but will pay an undisclosed sum to the affected parties. Recipients can receive up to $400 for standard data breach expenses, $4,000 for larger losses, three years of credit monitoring, or a $50 cash payment. Claims must be submitted by September 16, 2024.
