A hacker named “Fortibitch” claims to have stolen 440 GB of data from California-based cybersecurity firm Fortinet due to a vulnerability in Azure SharePoint. Details around the breach, known as “Fortileak”, were shared on an underground forum, Breach Forum, with data being accessible via an Amazon S3 bucket. A spokesperson for Fortinet confirmed that an individual had gained unauthorised access to some files but stated there is no indication of any malicious activity affecting customers.
